Event Bookings:

• Payments must be made in full prior to the event unless otherwise stated.

Event Changes:

• Conceptors reserves the right to modify event details, including dates and locations, in exceptional cases. In such instances, customers will be notified promptly.

Liability:

• Conceptors is not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries sustained during an event unless caused by negligence on our part.
• We are also not responsible for any travel or accommodation expenses incurred by clients attending our events.

Intellectual Property:

• All content, designs, and materials on our website are owned by Conceptors. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

Governing Law: 

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with Indian law. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore.

Terms and Conditions for Attendees of the Halloween Event

1.     Age Requirement: Attendees must be 21 years or older to enter the event. Valid ID must be presented at the entrance.

2.     Ticket Purchase: All tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. Please ensure you have selected the correct ticket type at the time of purchase.

3.     Entry Policy: Entry to the event is granted only with a valid ticket. Guests must present their ticket, either in physical or digital format, at the entrance.

4.     Cover Charges: Cover charges will be redeemable within the venue as specified in the ticket details.

5.     Dress Code: Attendees are encouraged to wear Halloween costumes. The costumes can be from any of your favorite movies, anime, cartoons, shows, series, etc.

6.     Behavior Policy: Guests are expected to behave respectfully and courteously to fellow attendees and staff. Any form of harassment, violence, or disorderly conduct will result in immediate removal from the event without a refund.

7.     Alcohol Consumption: Alcohol will be served to guests 21 years and older. Guests are not allowed to bring their own alcohol into the venue. Responsible drinking is encouraged.

8.     Health and Safety: Attendees must adhere to any health and safety protocols in place, including but not limited to wearing masks, social distancing, and sanitization measures. Entry may be denied if health guidelines are not followed.

9.     Photography and Videography: By attending the event, guests consent to be photographed or recorded for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform the event staff.

10.  Liability Waiver: By entering the event, attendees waive any claims against the organizers, venue, and sponsors for any injuries, losses, or damages incurred during the event.

11.  Changes and Cancellations: The event organizers reserve the right to make changes to the event schedule, performers, or venue. In the case of cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances, tickets will be refunded.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Conceptors, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to be as fair as possible for both parties.

Cancellations:

• Client-Initiated Cancellations:
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made 72 hours after booking tickets for the event.
• Conceptors-Initiated Cancellations:
  • If we cancel an event due to unforeseen circumstances, clients will be offered a full refund or the option to attend a rescheduled event.

Refund Process:

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days and returned via the original method of payment.

Shipping and Delivery Policy

As an event organizing company, we do not typically engage in product shipping. However, for events that involve merchandise or other deliverables, the following terms apply:

Digital Deliverables:

• Any tickets, passes, or digital items purchased for our events will be sent via email or made available through our website upon purchase.

Merchandise:

• If merchandise is available for purchase, details on how to receive it will be provided. Merchandise may either be collected at the event or delivered to your address as specified at the time of purchase.

• All event bookings are subject to availability.
• A confirmation will be sent to you after booking, detailing the event, date, and location.
• Payments must be made in full prior to the event unless otherwise stated.
