Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Conceptors, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to be as fair as possible for both parties.

Cancellations:

• Client-Initiated Cancellations:
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made 72 hours after booking tickets for the event.
• Conceptors-Initiated Cancellations:
  • If we cancel an event due to unforeseen circumstances, clients will be offered a full refund or the option to attend a rescheduled event.

Refund Process:

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days and returned via the original method of payment.

Shipping and Delivery Policy

As an event organizing company, we do not typically engage in product shipping. However, for events that involve merchandise or other deliverables, the following terms apply:

Digital Deliverables:

• Any tickets, passes, or digital items purchased for our events will be sent via email or made available through our website upon purchase.

Merchandise:

• If merchandise is available for purchase, details on how to receive it will be provided. Merchandise may either be collected at the event or delivered to your address as specified at the time of purchase.

• All event bookings are subject to availability.
• A confirmation will be sent to you after booking, detailing the event, date, and location.
• Payments must be made in full prior to the event unless otherwise stated.

If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.

If you edit or publish an article, an additional cookie will be saved in your browser. This cookie includes no personal data and simply indicates the post ID of the article you just edited. It expires after 1 day.
